Dr Kolawole Oyekan is the Principal Partner of Kola Oyekan & Co. (Fountain Solicitors), a forward-thinking Nigerian law firm delivering clear, practical, and commercially focused legal solutions.

A Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, he holds a PhD in Law from the prestigious University of Warwick, United Kingdom, where he is a distinguished alumnus.

His practice spans corporate and commercial law, immigration, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, property law, and international tax advisory. Dr. Oyekan is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT), United Kingdom specialising in transfer pricing, treaty interpretation, and digital-economy taxation.

In addition to legal practice, he also serves as Director and Co-Founder of Meridian Tax Consultancy Ltd, a firm providing cross-border tax and compliance solutions. He is recognised for his analytical clarity, client-focused approach, and commitment to delivering high-quality representation in Nigeria and internationally.
